Our Story
For the first time over Zoom – and a first meeting in Amsterdam.
Our first flat together, lots of travelling and even more sunsets – and Britta moves to Switzerland.
At sunrise, in the middle of a snowshoe hike in the mountains, the most important question was asked.
A move to Zug – and the beginning of everything that comes next.
On a long summer’s evening, as the lake turns to gold, we say “I do”.

The Programme
We can’t wait to spend this special day together with you. The best part: the whole wedding day happens in one single place – from the first welcome drink to a relaxed close of the evening. So you can simply enjoy the day.

After dinner we want to spend the evening with you in the most relaxed way – good conversations, live music by a gifted musician and friend, a drink, maybe a cigar, and lots of lovely moments.

Travel & Stay
Everything you need to arrive – and stay – with ease.
To Zug, then bus 611 from “Zug, Metalli/Bahnhof” or bus 605 from “Zug, Bahnhofplatz” to the stop “Oberwil b. Zug, Kreuz” – it shares its name with our restaurant and is diagonally across the road. Alternatively take the S2 to “Zug Oberwil”, then seven minutes along the lake.
Open timetable →Until 00:26 several buses an hour run to Zug station – the stop is diagonally across the road. After that the N5 night express takes you back in comfort, at 01:43, 03:47 and 04:47 to “Zug, Bahnhofplatz”.

Good to know
Summer-festive – “lake chic”. The terrace is gravel and there’s lawn, so be mindful with your shoe choice. And important: if you like, pack swimwear – the lake is right there for a dip.
We’d gently suggest an evening without children so you can celebrate care-free.
We’re celebrating rain-or-shine – while still hoping for a golden summer evening.
